How do I get my work to you?
You can use any suitable method to send VPA-NI the work - post, fax, email, audio tape, digital download, courier, hand-deliver, collection, etc. The work is completed within the agreed timescale and returned to you for approval if required.
How do you store my work?
VPA-NI adheres to the standards required under current Data Protection legislation and holds a current valid Data Protection licence. All information is held electronically, with hard copies being retained, in secure filing cabinets, only when absolutely necessary.
After one calendar year (or earlier if requested) all electronic information held by VPA-NI regarding work carried out for your company will be deleted. If on-going work is to be carried out, or if it is likely that additional work may be on an annual/seasonal basis, VPA-NI will continue to store the appropriate information for this.
Your details will not be passed on to any other organisation.
What if I want to discuss my requirements in more details?
Don't worry - if you feel you would like to have a face-to-face meeting this can be arranged. VPA-NI is based on the outskirts of Newtownards and any meeting within a 10 mile radius will be free of charge. If you are further away give us a call to discuss travel costs and suitable meeting points.
My work is urgent, deadlines are very tight - can you meet them?
When work is accepted by VPA-NI any issues regarding deadlines will be discussed with you. Where possible those timescales will be met. If for any reason there may be a delay you will be notified immediately.
Can you collect/deliver?
As VPA-NI is on the outskirts of Newtownards a collection and delivery service within a 10 mile radius of the office is offered free of charge. If you are further away we can negotiate any costs relating to time/mileage incurred.
My work is extremely confidential - how will you protect it?
VPA-NI uses up-to-date protection on its computers, anti-virus checks, firewalls, passwords, etc. (we do not use wireless connections). Your information will be stored in a dedicated secure area with backup disks being produced on a daily basis.
All work carried out on your behalf remains your property. You retain all intellectual rights to your work.
VPA-NI will be happy to sign a confidentiality agreement if required.
What are the financial advantages for me to use the services of VPA-NI?
VPA-NI only charges for the work carried out on your behalf.
Have a look at some of the factors that need to be considered when employing staff:-
Hourly rate + National Insurance Contributions + PAYE + Holiday Pay + Sick Pay + Office Space + Office Equipment + Training + Overheads (heat, light power) etc.
VPA-NI removes those associated costs of employing staff thereby helping to keep your business costs to a minimum.
If you have any further questions you need answered please give us a call.
